My wallet was lost
Using a self-custodial wallet means that you and you alone are responsible for the security and safety of your wallet. However we do understand that from time to time things happen and you can accidentally lose access to your wallet or your device. If that happens, here a some steps you can take to potentially recover your wallet.
Your wallet is only recoverable if:
-
MPC Wallet: you created a backup in app via email or social login.
-
Seed Phrase Wallet: you have access to your Seed Phrase.
Depending on how you lost access, please follow the below steps to attempt recovery.
I personally wiped my phone, deleted the app, or otherwise removed the wallet app myself.

Download a new copy of the Wonder Wallet app on a secure device.
